This Privacy Policy explains how Everyway LLC ("Everyway," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit goeveryway.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. If you schedule a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, we collect limited technical data when you visit, including pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device type, general location inferred from your IP address, and timestamps. This is collected through analytics cookies and standard server logs.

We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email matt@goeveryway.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also opt out of analytics as described above.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
Everyway is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed here.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

The Site may link to external websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
